Cannot view my internet status or details on app and website

I've been here awhile

When loggin into mobile app I’m getting an error that says sorry something went wrong some information on this page may be missing. This doesn’t allow me to view details I also cannot change my internet plan because of this. I moved to another province with rogers and I’m wondering if that has an issue and if so why did they not fix this at that time. I need to change my plan I do not want to keep paying for this expensive plan while others are paying less and faster speeds .

@lucas3 : Check out the following set of tips regarding issues with websites.

1. Can you login to MyRogers at all and see anything via a browser like the overview page? 

2. Were you able to login before you moved?

3. If you go through all the tips and still have issues, you may need to contact Rogers to fix something on your account.

I've been here awhile
It does not work on any other browsers give the exact same error. It worked before I moved. None of the fixes to that link worked. I’m trying to change my internet plan but when I call them they say they can’t do anything. I’m about to just move to another provider
