Why are we being charged one month in advance when we're on post-paid cellular plans?
I signed up Black Friday, Nov 28. 2024. I get a bill that charges me for that 1 day, pro-rated, which isn't a problem. Included with that bill is charges for the next cycle, from Nov. 29 - Dec. 28 2024.
Not only does this go against conventional common sense thinking, but it seems like this is a way to lose one month of billing when we decide to cancel at the end of the contract.
