How do I get someone who can speak to me regarding customer loyalty and new plans. I got a quote from Telus for a corporate discount through my company. Rogers was not able to match but when I filled out the form for Rogers to get back to me regarding plans through my company, they told me it will be another 10-15 business days to get a quote. This is absolutely ridiculous and I expected better from Rogers. I don't want to go to Telus, but at this point I'll pay more with any other provider due the the lack of service I've gotten here and I've been with Rogers for a few years now too.
