I've been here awhile

How do I get someone who can speak to me regarding customer loyalty and new plans. I got a quote from Telus for a corporate discount through my company. Rogers was not able to match but when I filled out the form for Rogers to get back to me regarding plans through my company, they told me it will be another 10-15 business days to get a quote. This is absolutely ridiculous and I expected better from Rogers. I don't want to go to Telus, but at this point I'll pay more with any other provider due the the lack of service I've gotten here and I've been with Rogers for a few years now too.

Did you get a chance to speak to one of our Business Advisors at 1-866-727-2141? May you please share a little bit more about the form? Is this the link you filled out the info in?

 

Just need a bit more info to assist you further.

I was transferred by one of your reps to a business consultant and was on hold for almost an hour before I had to hang up for a meeting. The link you provided is different from the link through my portal at work. Ours is through Red Wireless.

We appreciate the clarification. Red Wireless is a Rogers authorized dealer. If your corporate offer is through Red Wireless, you'll want to get in touch with them to inquire about the details further. Is this the form you were trying to fill out for more info?
