I've been around

I have two phones which I've been trying to upgrade for a full week. Every time I log in and go to the upgrade phone option I get "Oops, something went wrong." I know this is an account specific issue because if I view a page for a certain phone, for example the S25 Ultra info page, it displays fine. The moment I log in, that page will show that error again.

 

It's very infuriating. I've tried calling the phone and failed to get through, tried support with queues in the 100's..

 

Please resolve this. There was a special going on when I first started trying and I'm pretty much expecting it to be gone before I can even log in.

What browser are you using? Have you had a chance to try any other browsers? Are you able to use the other features within MyRogers without issues?
