I cancelled my service in March, with a cancel date of May 31st, send back the equipment, and actively stopped using the services on the 28th of May. Since then I have been billed for service, refunded, billed late fees and interest. We are now in AUGUST. And still i'm being charged, and my credit dinged.
I have had multiple calls in to support, chat bots etc. confirmation numbers names written down and yet today i get yet another bill for more charges.
This needs to be fixed, and you guys need to stop . up my credit reports! its been over 2 months since i stopped using your services!
Who do i need to contact to get this fixed since the actual phone number on my bill seems useless as does chat support.
