Rogers burial team refuses to share information with customers. I have had a burial request put in 2023 September and it still has not been completed with nearly 5+ calls made to representatives over the course of the last 3-4 months. Not sure what to do either shady business practices even representatives acknowledged there should not be this long of a delay.
