Business blocking certain providers

Hello I have a work phone from Rogers and recently stopped receiving texts messages from a certain provider. Being a business phone could my company block out incoming texts from providers, I am still able to send texts but dont receive them

Have you tried speaking with your work IT department to determine whether or not they are aware of this issue?
