I moved into a condo that has an internet bulk service. I called to get my unit set up but the customer reps keep telling me they cannot find the account number. This is very frustrating because I know everyone in the building uses it and the formal tenant just cancelled their service with the same bulk account. How can they rectify this

Good day @jeevyj ,
Welcome to the Rogers Community and thank you for your post! If I understand correctly, the previous tenant confirmed that an existing account was cancelled for your unit, but you've received a offer specific to your building. Is that right?
Although your building has an agreement for Rogers bulk account pricing, you would need to have it activated under your name, in order to start using the service.
We offer direct support for residents calling to activate or change services within a bulk property. Please direct your inquiries to Service Speciality at 1-855-759-5856. They're available from Monday to Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (ET).
Let us know if you require further assistance!

Did you ever get a solution... stuck with a bulk account here too, nothing but a run around.... Now they've "upgraded" the system and boxes and feels like an archaic downgrade to me.
