I recently moved to a condo community where the condo fees cover Rogers service. However,I keep getting billed directly. I've spoken at least three times to agents in bulk accounts who keep saying they have fixed the problem, but now I've received an email saying my service is going to be cut off. The agent I spoke with today said he was transferring me to Ignite Migration, but I have been on hold now for 2 hours. I can;t stay on hold all day.
What am I supposed to do? It's impossible to get this issue resolved. Worst service ever.
