I cancelled my account over two years ago and returned my equipment however Rogers is still asking for money.
Multiple calls and different answers, and now multiple calls, emails and messages from “collection agents” with whom I have never had, nor ever will, enter into a contract with.
Many attempts and wasted hours trying to resolve with Rogers to no avail. Still no response to my numerous requests for details about the matter and frustrated.
One response was that although I had cancelled my account I “didn’t stay on the line for‘confirmation (?)’. The agent told me I was okay and would receive a final invoice, which I paid, but I cannot ascertain what the charges are for.

That can be quite an ordeal to have to deal with. If you no longer have any services with us,then it would be strange that you are still being charged for a service that you have already cancelled.
