Links given to reschedule an appointment leads to "contact us" page only.
Call system keypad choices are broken
Waited over an hour to get an agent and they too were not able to reschedule an installation appointment.
Eventually either the calls dropped, or they just gave up and hung up, TWICE!
I haven't even started using their service and I'm convinced that I should just stick with Bell.
