Billing issues and poor customer sevice

I've been here awhile

I’ve been dealing with Rogers for months now over a payment issue and every time I call, I have to spend 2 hours explaining and arguing before they ultimately agree and promise to fix the issue. Then, of course, the issue never gets fixed, and I have to pay extra fees because of their issues - it’s the ultimate scam they are running. They currently have no avenues to escalate the issue, so I guess I just have to pay the price? Why can nobody at Rogers actually provide any customer assistance????

Update- I did get a call from Rogers and the associate managed to fix everything, with no fuss, in 13 minutes…where was this person before? Give that person a raise!!!
