Can I please have the email address of a PERSON who can champion my issues? I'm on month three of trying to deal with you via chat and phone, only to be disappointed when the next bill comes.

Hi Jermaine.
I had a conversation with your team through a Twitter DM, and supposedly, my issue will be fixed on the next bill. Unfortunately, I've been told that before, so I'm not confident.
For now, nothing to do... I'll write again after the 12th if the issue is still not resolved.
