Incorrect Financing Plan and Overpayment
When I initially signed up for my current plan, the Rogers employee at the store mistakenly placed my phone on a financed plan instead of a leasing plan. After noticing the error, I visited the Rogers store at Argyle Mall, London, ON, where I corrected the issue with the same employee. However, due to this mistake, I had to pay a higher first bill, which included one-time charges. I was assured that this excess amount would be credited to my next bill. Unfortunately, I later realized that I never received this credit.

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post! We are glad to hear that the issue with the way the account was set up was resolved. Credits can generally take 2 to 3 billing cycles to appear back on your bill. If after receiving the 3rd bill and you still have not received the adjustment, we can take a closer look into your account to discuss this further with you.
