Accidentally changed numbers

I just got off the phone with Roger’s because I wanted to get my old number back after accidentally changing it, meant to change my son’s number. They said it’s from a different carrier and gave me a number for something along the lines of porting. How much of a chance do I have to getting back my old number?

Since it's pretty recent, you should be able to get your number back. Did you contact our Porting Centre? What did the team recommend?

Since your post, have you tried contacting our Customer Care team to see if they are able to retrieve your old phone number? This would be the first step to get this type of issue resolved.
