Hello, 3 months ago my number changed by itself and now I am paying an extra $80, my zip code and all my information has changed and the employees at Rogers store say they can't do anything, I am really tired of this situation. Customer service is also doing the same thing I have paid about $400 more for 4 months please help me with this situation
