Bill still showing as due, despite making a payment

Hello i paid my bill but i can still see its due date and my account ballance is negative 80 what should i do

The payment processing can take between 3-5 business days. A negative balance indicates we have received and processed the payment, and there is a credit of $80 on your account.

You can check your MyRogers app for processed payments under Billing >> View Bill >> Payments.
