Curious, I recently downgraded from the highest internet package to the lowest, not long after paying a big bill, my balance has been at zero for awhile now, does that mean I owe nothing?

It's possible in this situation that the big bill resulted in an overpayment and you've accrued a credit balance as a result. The only for for us to confirm however would be to bring you into a private conversation where we can safely gather your account info and check your balance directly.
