Bad Customer Support Experience

I've contacted Rogers two days in a row and on both occasions they ended my chat while I was digesting the information they provided and responding to a question. I waited 6 mins for them to respond, they waited < 2 mins before terminating the conversation. 2 days in a row!! Seriously, I know others are waiting, but I waited for 15 mins to speak to the agent and then 6 mins in between each of my responses. POOR customer support!!!
