Awful to Seniors

JDavies
I've been around

After an in-store visit and over 3 hours on the phone with mostly rude CSRs I have realised Rogers is not willing to offer my mom, who is a senior and has been a loyal customer of Rogers for 23 years, a reasonable wireless plan. Apparently no discounts are available and they would rather her move her business than lower her outrageous plan. I was being offered even more expensive plans as ‘solutions’. Rogers service is disappointing.

Hello, @JDavies.

We appreciate you joining our Community and sharing your recent experience. We understand your frustration regarding the difficulty your mother, a valued 23-year customer, has encountered in finding a suitable wireless plan.

We value your mom's loyalty over the years as a customer, and it's important to us that she has a suitable wireless plan that meets her needs. Have you explored the Connected for Success Moblie plan? Please follow the link to check the eligibility for the plan.

You can also check Plans and cellphones for adults 55+.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

RogersMoin
