I have stopped using this account or any Rogers service. There are no problems with this account.
Since last year, however, I've been receiving bills from an unknown account, 9-****-1496, to my email address, the same email address as my own account. I never made any purchases or used that account, and I don't even have the account number or password. I have completely no idea why it would send bills to me.
Despite contacting Rogers several times, the bills are still coming. Although they cancelled the service bundle, I'm still being bothered by daily calls from Rogers urging me to pay the bill, threatening to send it to a collection agency. How can I resolve this extremely annoying wierd situation?
