I was just scammed by rogers by being charged $80/month when I was offered and agreed to a $50/month mobile plan. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, the exact same thing happened to me. Rogers chat quoted $50 for 100gb/5g Canada wide but billed $80. A case was created to look into it. When I inquired as to the status, I was told it takes days for the back office team to look into it. I was offered a $0 fee Mastercard though. I wrote to resolve a concern this morning and hopefully get an answer. It's a $1 more per day than I was told.

Same here. Was sold a $40/month plan over the phone (migration deal for Fido customers). First bill indicates it's $75.

Good morning @kristinvv!
If your first bill is not as expected, we can look into it for you to determine why there is a discrepancy between the plan that was offered to you and the price that appeared on the invoice.
