I've been waiting for weeks now to try and return this modem. I took it to the store like the rep on the phone said and i was denied, saying i need to ship it to rogers which i had no clue i needed to do. then after researching i was never sent said shipping labels. Why does it have to be so difficult just to discontinue this service????
