Hours of Operation for the Billing and Payment Department. Long Hold...

I'm a senior enthusiast

It's been over a week trying to get hold of the Billing Dept. Spending hours on the phone and eventually hanging up.

When I check the Rogers website, it states that Hours of Operation begins at 7 am. I've tried calling around 7 am and I get a message to call  back during regular business hours. It never states what the regular business hours are.

 

Are the business hours different for the Billing Department. What are the actual business hours for them so that I can finally talk to a person live?

As far as I know. Billing doesn't open until 8AM ET. That might change with the holiday season approaching but 7AM would definitely be an improvement.

I just called to see if I could get the hours. They are open now and it is before 8AM Eastern Time so it might be 7AM ET currently.

Seriously...  I've been on hold a total of, 6+ hours?  of the calls I've made...  I going to find the board of directors contacts next and go that route...

Oligopoly, but yes.  CCTS complaint submitted so far, charge-back on the VISA started, and managed to find some contacts as well to send frustrations along.  This is the worst service for any internet provider I have ever had.

@thiscompanyisaw you could also submit a compaint to Consumer Protection Ontario, just to see what they say:

How can I advise this company if they don't pick up the . phone?

 

and while I appreciate the link, I am not mailing a letter.  It's Christmas time, they took my money that was being set aside for gifts.  They are in the wrong, and I have tried over and over to get a hold of them

I have trying to call for weeks and waiting for up to 45
Minutes and then the line goes dead
My cell phone bill went up for no reason for the protection plan for all 3 of our phones for no reason this month by $3 each?? Why??

I've been here awhile

I’ve been trying to cancel my services for over a week now. I can’t get a live person to help, on hold the entire day!!!! Called a satellite store where they gave me a scammers number, sent an email as to where to send my equipment back, service stopped then today I got a bill. What is going on??? Service is terrible.
