Adding family member to authorize account changes?

Hmm
I'm a reliable contributor

What is the process to add a spouse to access and make changes to my Rogers Mobile account?

For context, my plan has my spouse's mobile phone number and mine. The account is in my name. Should I become incapacitated, my spouse will need to access the account (I am not referring to Power of Attorney — let's not go there).

Thanks

Hi @Hmm,

You can send us a PM and we can add the authorized users to your account.

You can also check out Authorized users and what they can do page to learn more about all activities that can be performed by each authorized user type.
