I have been using it for four years, I bought a phone for home internet, my wife, my children, we all work for Rogers, but due to the nonsense they have done lately, I transferred all lines except my home internet to BELL company.
One of the biggest problems is that I cannot find the right real customer service.
Most of the time I wait on the phone for 1 hour and 2 hours. I talk to 5-6-7 people. Is it a problem? I can't find the right person to tell my problem to. That's why I stopped using Rogers. I won't use it again and I won't recommend it to anyone.
I bought a phone and returned it two years later. They stopped production of the $750 phone and every time I called, I wanted to get my money back, and they kept postponing it. They said they would deduct it from the next bill and refund the remaining amount. They told me but unfortunately I haven't received my money for a year and now I don't have home internet because I couldn't find the right person. I only have two computers at home, I don't have a television, I don't have an online job, I use basic internet and now they're writing a monthly bill of $140 because of it, I want to cancel it, but unfortunately I can't find the right person.

I don't follow you either. I suggest running what you want to say through ChatGPT or Google's Gemini and ensure what you are trying to say is clearly articulated or have someone else speak/write on your behalf.
