I accepted the customized offer for the 5G Infinite Premium on my account, checked the box that I read the terms and conditions, clicked ok, got the browser confirmation that my plan was now active.
When I went back to my mobile dashboard there was another offer that read add 30 GB of data for free which I also accepted. I was directed to the plan overview after accepting the 30 GB and saw that my original plan was still active.
Talked to support and they said they don't see that offer for me, they can upgrade the plan for my next billing cycle and said sorry about your luck if you are in Mexico before then, you pay roaming and there's nothing we can do for you.

Yesterday morning I switched 2 lines to the recommended plans on my rogers app but have not received any confirmation nor seen any update in my account. Offer was switch to a $45/mo plan with an addtional -$10 with auto payments with 75gb on one line and 100gb on the other with unlimited canada wide calling and texts.
How long should this take to become active? It is no longer available in my rogers app.
