Most if not all post on this subject are asked to reach out to customer support - We shouldn't have to reach out to customer support, it's nearly 4 months into this transition from Shaw Mobile to Rogers Monopoly, WHY haven't you got your act together yet?
From what I'm reading you are over charging everybody from the get go, myself included, I've lost 8.5 hours of my life talking with you guys moving over then trying to get my bill correct. My account went from debit to credit over 3 months when it should be $0.00, I'm now $99 in credit, the billing dept is a joke!!
What is going to happen in April 2028 will we still have mobile use for $0.00 (By the Gig) per month as with our Shaw Mobile contract?

We strive to provide a seamless transition process; however, we fall short of the expectations and definitely could do better. Meanwhile, I recommend continuing to chat with the dedicated specialized team until all your concerns are addressed.
Regarding the pricing and plans after April 2028, we don't have specific information about that at this time. However, we will undoubtedly communicate as the date approaches.

I & I'm sure everyone else that comes on this forum would like to know why this transition is not working for a lot, if not all people. It's at least 4 months in now & nothing appears to have improved, billing is a joke, next to impossible to understand! With Shaw we were billed $0 not charged for this & that, then credited with that & the other giving a total nowhere near $0, it's not hard even with an abacus!
With Shaw if we purchased 1Gig of data it lasted 90 days not expiring at the end of the month like we've been fobbed off with here, no mention of this when moving over!
I feel for the people who where paying for their phone monthly with Shaw & suddenly being hit with a bill for the TOTAL amount owing, why was this done & not transferred over with the phone line?? Saying 'your working on it' doesn't help these people!
The contract we had with Shaw By the Gig for $0 was for ever while we had their Internet not for 5 years!
Your link to chat looks like it takes me back to chat with the same people I've wasted a day of my life chatting/phoning trying to get my bill corrected, I've done with that now which strangely is what I was told on my last call, 'you're in credit don't worry about it'.
