I received a new sim card for my IPhone, inserted works with temp phone number
logged into my online account to check on the transfer of my existing phone number but it has not transferred for 2 day.
used online chat to reach support , waited 2hrs in line, told me they could not help me and to call 18445511957 instead .
tried twice now but could not get through , never-ending hold pattern,.
missing important calls , cannot access 2fa
What a joke!

Phone number migration from Shaw to Roger was not successful!
I called Rogers more that 5 times since September and they told me and it was never done! Then I was told to call Shaw to ask them to “release” the number , I called Shaw and they told me to call Rogers to “activate” the number , I called Rogers and then they told me to call Shaw to “release” the number!!!!!!!!!
Both Shaw and Rogers are playing “who to blame” game and I don’t care, I want my number to be working!!!!
The temporary number they assigned me stopped working , and the old number is also not working!!! How is this acceptable!???? I don’t have a working phone number!!!!!
I did exactly as Roger instructed me when I got the new SIM in the mail!!
ROGERS or SHAW : activate my phone number! I need a working phone number!!
Dealing with Roger’s and Shaw’s customer care is nothing but wasting time and extreme frustration!

Update : Sandi from Rogers just helped me and the phone number is finally working.
She is awesome and she made sure that I’m able to send / receive phone calls and text on the correct phone number!
