I've been having this cable TV problem for over two years now with the picture breaking up or pixalated on certain channels.
Rogers fixes the problem and it works for several weeks or over a month then the problem starts again.
Last year a maintenance tech replaced a tap outside and did some work on a box on a pole.
The problem appears to be at Rogers end.Probably a signal issue.
The last tech replaced the cable box and put a call into maintenance and the problem was fixed a week later with nobody coming here in person.
Is Rogers not maintaining their cable network?
This is in the south Long Branch area.
Can this be passed on to maintenance so they can check the area?
