Anyone not able to see the Italian channels today?

I can understand how important it is to have all your favourite channels working. We have not been advised of an issue with these channels. 

• Can you describe what is happening when you tune into those channels? 
• Do you get an error message of any kind?
• If you have more than one TV does it happen on other TVs?

This issue has been resolved.  It took several times to reset but it's working now.  Thanks to all.

Hi flora3, the problem was not your box or tv. There were other customers in the GTA with the same issue on that channel. The issue was with the feed of the signal at their master control. Nothing was reset on your end.
