I am in Ottawa and pay for the CTV New Channel (17) in my channel lineup. When I go to the CTV website and try to access the content it asks me to login - which I do via Rogers but then it tells me my access is denied - Unauthorized channel? Can someone please explain?

It may be the case that we need to refresh your account permissions to get your login to work. This is a pretty quick process and typically resolves most issues of this nature. If performing a refresh doesn't resolve this, then we would have to submit an escalation for further review.
