While I received tech support from a very good employee, absolutely nothing has changed to my service! I think it may have gotten worse. I think my next change will be to Bell! Thanks for nothing Rogers!

Why? It is expensive and $17 box rentals are egregious, but folks who have used both Bell and Rogers find that Xfinity is a better product.

Dont' switch.
We switched last year ... went through all the pita work of moving services to Bell. The TV service is so broken on Bell that we sucked it up and did all the legwork to move back to Rogers. At least for TV, Rogers has a much better service currently.
