What is the technical issue that is happening that is causing a delay with adding a new tv box? I’ve called 5 times and still no joy.

@Justkelly Instead of using telephone support, you can also reach out to the @CommunityHelps team by sending them a private message. They will ask you to provide some personal information and, once you have been authenticated, they can open your account and add an additional set-top box to your service.
