TV Cable Outage

I've been around

We have wifi but no cable. Message is "this channel temp unavailable"

We've reconnected the cable box. Still not resolved. Not success with Anna chat or trouble shooting on phone. Any suggestions? With thanks.

Thank you for joining us here on the Rogers Community Forums! Are you only getting that error message when trying to watch a specific channel or is this occurring on all channels? Do you have multiple boxes in the home and is it occurring on them as well? That error can occur if the box does look connection to the home Wi-Fi. Since you have last posted has the issue been resolved?

is this happening on Rogers Digital Cable TV? or Rogers Xfinity TV?
