I have been a rogers customer for many years and normally not many issues. But when they changed to iptv instead of cable there is nothing but frustration. I have to reboot the iptv box many times a week. It cuts out for no reason. I have had rogers out here to check what the issue is. First time stated it was the router. The replaced it. That did not solve the issues of cutting out freezing and the tracking. So called again. And once again they changed the router. All other internet usage in the house has not had any issues. It was ok for about a week . It reverted back to cutting out and freezing. We pay over 300 a month for this service and prices keep going up but the service is getting worse . This mis unacceptable for a co.pany this size to treat the customers this way.
