Wrong account linked to my Xfinity set top box?

I'm new to Rogers TV. I just activated a Bulk service agreement with Rogers. The 1st set top box activated without any problems. I have created a bunch of recordings on it. The second box seems to have some one else's recordings on it dating back to 2024. It looks like it is part of a 4 set top box household. It has 2 custom names and 1 living room and 1 kitchen device. I tried a "refresh" but that didn't change anything. The "refresh" didn't have any effect on my 1st box while it was doing it's thing. I'm connected to my gateway via ethernet so it's not connected to anyone else's wifi. Is it possible that this box wasn't erased properly or was it assigned to the wrong account? My 1st box doesn't see it so I'm thinking it's on the wrong account.

It's odd that your second Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box shows different recordings. Most likely, the box is not linked/provisioned to your account.
