No Service

Everything is down except my cell phone. Tv, phone, internet since 5ish. Used that useless Anna and said I was getting connected to a live agent. Fell asleep, went to bed for a nap. Still no live agent. Then my mom told me she got a text around 5 saying service interruption.

Coax was so much better. Wish I had never switched. I hate internet based tv and phone. At least I used to be able to watch tv and make a call when the internet was down. This is useless .

I completely understand how disappointing service interruptions can be. I hope the services were restored in a timely manner. 

Just as an FYI, in the event of an outage please keep an eye out on this page for updates and resolution time frames.
