Hi,
Currently, I have a Rogers modem that is wired to my Eero Pro 6 that I use for wifi. The Rogers TV box I'm using is connected via wifi right now, but I plan to hardwire it.
Question is this: Do I plug the Rogers box directly into the Rogers modem? Or do I plug the Rogers box into the Eero Pro?
Ty for any direction and cheers.

It probably doesn't matter as, except in rare instances, you don't need your TV box to talk to anything else on your LAN.
But to answer this properly you need to provide more info. How do you have the Rogers Gateway configured? Is it in Bridge mode? And how do you have the Eero configured? Which device is handing out IP addresses.

It isn't 2022 but there are a lot of reasons to want a separate router and separate WAPs that are not the Rogers gateway. When you do that presumably you will plug your router into the Rogers gateway and then any STBs into that router or switches downstream for that router.
