Can't access the online xfinity app.

The place where I used to look at all the saved recordings and where I was able to set up new recordings etc I can't get to.  I mean they might be there but I can't access the page.  I was using the old For You - Ignite TV link and it would send me to the xfinity link but it just keeps loading forever.  Any help would be appreciated.

Worked on Edge, cleared cache for firefox, didn't work, turned off ublock origin worked fine.

A senior tech was just at my apartment.  Don't expect anything "X" related until November 12.  The tech advised Rogers my even be changing the box...hopefully better things to come.  Certainly can't be any worse than what Ignite has to offer.
