I been having issues connecting to my IPTV ever since I set up Rogers new ignite gateway modem, has anyone else had any issues? Or can provide steps to solve this issue. I continue to get a 403 error code

Since you're getting a 403 error, I'm assuming this is on a browser on a computer? If not, please provide more details. Here's a list of things to check/try. Make sure you've rebooted the gateway first.

Are you logged into a VPN? Can you access Ignite TV on your phone on the same wifi? Have you tried rebooting and clearing the browsing data and quiting and restarting the browser
