Since the dericho 2022 signal has been poor at Cedarwood drive. I called Rogers multiple times and was even told that it was my old iPhone that caused the issue. I bought a newer one and I still have the same issue. Calls drop, people can’t hear me. Constant stutter in voices. Today downtown on Laurier I had 1 bar of service. I’m ready to give up on Rogers and move on. I need reliable cell service.

Hi @Cbross18,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your first post!
That is a long time to be dealing with any type of reception issue on your mobile device, and we would hate to lose you as a customer over this. Let us take a further look at some steps to see if we can assist you with the issue you are facing.
First, can you let us know the make and model of your device, and is it up to date with the latest software?
Can you also try some of these troubleshooting steps and update us on the status?
1. Check your network coverage here to see if there is coverage in the area where you are noticing issues.
2. You mentioned that you have this issue with the older phone as well as the newer device. Can you try powering off your phone and waiting for 30 seconds before turning it back on? Depending on your model, you can find out how to reset your device here.
I look forward to your reply.

Good day @Cbross18 ,
We appreciate the additional info provided and we understand the upset that something like this would cause. Having your service disrupted like that, cannot be fun. 😞
Since you are saying that both your old phone and new phone have had the same exact issues, it seems like the problems you are experiencing may not be related to the hardware itself. Do you find your neighbours or friends and family who visit you are having similar problems?
The issue could be related to other factors like distance, Cell site frequency, obstructions, RF interferences, terrain/geography, etc. You can check the network status and report the issues here for further investigation by our tech teams.
I hope this helps get it resolved. Please keep us in the loop.
Thank you,
RogersYasmine

Rogers' wireless service is spotty in a number of areas in the GTA. When I am home, things still work okay. The problem is that if I go into some stores, I get no service... or can make calls but have very, very low data rates.
Supposedly, the Rogers apps report the quality of their network coverage, either when you use the app or on an ongoing basis... but ever since I switched from Bell, I have been in the "1 bar of service" club for years and there does not seem to be any urgency on Rogers' part to improve coverage in areas where their service is only marginal.

No network coverage in N6G 0V2 and we are getting only 1 or 2 bar and sometimes only 3G services
Could you please check the coverage
