For the past 6-12 months, we’ve noticed a degradation in our reception in Port Bruce Ontario, N5H2R2, specifically with iPhones. Places where we used to get excellent reception, we can no longer get online or even send text messages. Not sure if it coincides with the installation of 5G.

Are you sure this isn't related to an iPhone update? In general, iPhones pre-15 series, have significantly weaker radios in them. Those quality Intel modems! Pair that with an update from a couple of months ago and this seems to be a common complaint from iPhone users across all North American carriers.

Thanks for the reply but it seems to be all iPhones and not just mine. They all vary with age from brand new phones to older phones. I know that mine and my wife’s phone are both up to date with our software updates.
