Cannot dial one number

When I dial one particular # from my cell or Home phone it says cannot be completed as dialed. It is a new # in 613-814 area and is long distance.

I understand you're having difficulty dialling the new 613-814 number. It sounds frustrating!

Since it's a long distance to you, have you tried dialling 1 in front of the number?

Yes of course I have tried dialing 1 before.

I appreciate the confirmation. It's odd that you can't dial out only one of the numbers in the new area code from your cell phone and home phone.
