Our local area is experiencing no cell service or only SOS service. How long do we have to wait to see this resolved? For instance I live within 100 meters of the Rogers tower and can only get 1 bar. Texts do not get sent. I’ve been on the specialist chat lineup for 2 hours ans and have gone from 41 to 36th in line.

If you are using an iPhone. It's an Apple issue that started in the last update. I have seen the issue reported many times with various models of iPhones on carriers in the US and Canada. Turn your device off for a minute and then turn it back on. You should be able to connect to the network again until the issue happens again.
