I used your NetworkAid tool and submitted a feedback form. What is the form for? 

 

Your feedback will help us prioritize future network enhancements across Canada. Thanks for telling us about your experience — we really appreciate it! 

 

Who will see my feedback?  

 

Our technical teams will review your feedback to identify and resolve service outages.  Your feedback will also be reviewed by our planning teams to prioritize future network enhancements. 

 

Will you contact me about my completed form? 

 

Unfortunately, we can’t contact customers individually, but each completed form is valued and reviewed equally. 

 

I think there may be an outage. How do I report it?
