Message Received this AM from PRESIDENT/CEO ("services have been restored and network/systems close to fully operational"); either he is being fed misinformation from his Technical VP's or it is purely a statement to placate customers!! Be honest and give us areas of outages!!

Ottawa, ON, Riverside Park area of the city. When the service was "restored" on Saturday, I still had no internet. Sunday, it improved to intermittent bursts of <1mbps (we pay for gigabit). Today, the exact same is the case. This is unusable, and I work from home. This needs to be fixed (and made right with the customers) immediately. Enough of the copy/paste letters and tweets of "We've restored most of you but some customers may still have issues."
Completely unacceptable.

Based on our service IGNITE INTERNET/TV/PHONE and a cost of approximately 275.00/month, 5 days COMPENSATION comes to $45.00!!!
