Hello we have many acres of vacant properties in eastern Ontario in the 401 highway corridor. Lancaster and summerstown ontario. We would like to inquire who to contact to potentially having some of the property used for cell towers

I am purchasing a rural property near Kingston, ON soon and am wondering what the process is to speak with someone about having a cell tower installed for lease on my land. Thanks in advance.

I have said this before, Rogers ultimately picks the properties which they want to place a tower on.  You cant just say "i have land, can you build one here" towers are structures ,they contain telecom equipment, they need permits and approvals and need to meet zoning and all that, there is a planning department which already deals with this, what if there is a tower on the property right next to you and you want one? that would be kind of pointless, to have 2 towers next to each other, so this is why its not something the civilians can decide, you can suggest it sure, just call customer service and let them take a note, but i do not think there is a department you can phone in and speak to someone, they have to pass along the suggestion thru their internal communications and that is it, there is no follow up unless they want to contact you back for furter info
