New to Rogers infinite mobile with iPhone16, checked coverage map before signing up and it indicate 5G+and 5g coverage speed test shows download usually normally below 10mbps and up under 2, inside, outside slightly higher. My LTE with Virgin was faster than this. On the shore of Lake Erie between Kingsville and Amherstburg. Whats up?

I have the same problem, except in BC. I had Virgin previously and it was consistently fast on LTE. Switched over to Rogers, but now I average 2-5mbps outside where I live. Inside it's about the same. However, other areas are just fine, so it's not my device, just the network. Customer service and technical support have been friendly and nice, but they can't seem to fix the problem.
Appears that Rogers needs to upgrade the network 🤔. I often have to gear down to 3G in order to have reliable connections. The 4G and 5G can be faster sometimes, but it's inconsistent and can be 1mbps or 5mpbs depending on the day and time. The 3G is consistent around 3mbps. So far, I've had this plan for two months and it's been a poor experience so far. Good thing I only have another 22 months to go /s
