My Internet usage is over the limit last month for the first time ever. I need to know what's going on but when I click on Usage I get "Unknown Server Error". Happened 3 days in a row. Tried chat and even called on the phone but I just got upsell and useless suggestions ("use a different browser" "refresh cache").Anyone else getting this?
